Today was an exciting day! I got there before the bell rang. Today we had to bring our Sip-N-See that we are having tomorrow. The animal that I am researching is the Cheetah. I have learned lots of things from having the cheetah as my animal. One interesting fact I thought was interesting was that the dad never stays with the family. It either goes be his self and sometimes stays in small groups. The line sunder their eyes conecting to the mouth are called, " Tear lines." The Tear Lines are there because if it is really bright outside it will keep the sun out of their eyes. Just like if a football player put black paint or something under their eyes it is for a good cause.
After bringing our prodjects in, we did our morning work. For our morning work we had to use addition, subtraction, multipication, and division. I finished the morning work really fast. It was only about six problems or so.
After the morning work, we had music rehearsal for two hours. From 9-11a.m. We had to sit down and get up many times. It was tiring. If we talked or messed around with anyone, we would have to sit out a minute from recess for every check mark. I didn't get any check marks. Yaaayyy meee!!!
After the recess, we had lunch. For the hot lunch people, they had Sloppy Joes ,and trust me, it was sloppy all right. For lunch I sat by Hannah and Mckenzie. For lunch I had some homemade soup from my mom. My lunch was really good. My mom is the best cook ever in the history of the world.
Then, we had indoor recess. That was a relief. For indoor recess I was righting on the white board with Kasey and Erin, two of my best friends.
Then some people had band. I am one of those people that have band. Today was really funny because three trumpets had to be repaired. In band I play the flute. It is pretty fun. We didn't get two songs done like usual.
Then after band we had regular classes. We went straight to the estimation jar. Connor filled it for us. It contained one of my favorites, MINTS. When Jack had to go up to the board to right how many people put their estimation in the jar. We had to do mean, median of the first five and first six, mode, and range. I like doing estamation because of the candy that you get.
We had to do math after estimation. Math is one of my favorite subjects. We are having a math test on Thursday. I think I am going to do well on the math test.
Finally, we had to pack up to go down to the gym to go home from school. The people that usually go to Walkers and Bikers didn't because it was to cold to walk and then wait several minutes for their parents. So we had to wait in the car line, which is ok.
